Clothing and Alterations - 1.61.1 - The Scrolldown Update

I've finally gotten around to fixing the scrolldown issue. Previously, the window would automatically scroll down to the bottom of the screen, which could get really disorienting, especially on smaller viewports. Now, the window scrolls down a shorter amount, based on viewport size.

In addition, the offline Windows version now has full screen mode, as well as some minor changes with the Lynn sex scene.
